The SolidShip shipping tool recognizes the SKU of the entire kit, and also knows each individual item that makes up the kit. This insures all of your items get shipped out correctly. Shipping: Solid Commerce sync orders, inventory, and shipping for unbelievably fast and accurate fulfillment. Feature-rich and fully-integrated, our SolidShip shipping software will have you wondering how you ever lived without it. Set automated shipping rules that select the correct shipping carrier based on shipping method, order weight, order value, location, or customizable attribute. Save time by batch printing shipping labels for multiple carriers at once. Filter orders by custom order status and then print labels sorted by Storage Location or SKU. Once an order is marked as shipped, we will automatically send a shipment notification and tracking number to your marketplace or web store. Eliminate errors with barcode scanning. Regardless of what sequence the picked items are scanned, Solid Commerce automatically finds the oldest open order and prints a shipping label based on pre-defined shipping rules. You can view all items in a multiple item order before printing a label.. If you only have one of the items in stock, you can choose to print a label only for that item. Solid Commerce will mark the order as Partially Shipped and wait for you to complete the shipment at a later time. Print a fully customized packing slip from the website or SolidShip to include in your package. You can adjust our template, or use your own custom HTML design. If you need to manually override a shippingrule, or no rules apply to all of your orders, you still have the option to manually select your shipping method.

Order Management & Fulfillment: Solid Commerce is a one-stop shop for order management and fulfillment. Whether you ship orders yourself, have them drop shipped, or do a mix of both, we can help. Having all of your orders available in one place makes fulfillment and shipping easy. We give you a lot of options for sorting, organizing, and fulfilling your orders. Your Account Manager will help you find the specialized process that is right for you. Our powerful search capabilities help you quickly find the orders you want. Search filters include: order status, buyer name, buyer zip code, SKU, UPC, marketplace, warehouse/vendor, order date range, shipped date range, and more. Keep your orders organized by assigning your own custom statuses to them. For example, you can tell the difference between the orders you just printed on a pick list and the other Paid orders waiting to be shipped, by marking the pick list orders as “Printed”. You can also mark them as “Backordered”, “Sent”, or any other status you need. Don’t get lost wandering your warehouse. Your warehouse aisle and bin locations appear on your orders and inside your Solid Commerce warehouses and marketplaces, so you always know where to find your items. Storage locations are also a primary filter on our pick lists.

Amazon Repricing Software: Solid Commerce gives you a variety of price management options so you can carefully and easily control your prices on the marketplaces. Having Solid Commerce automatically set competitive prices for you can really increase your sales. Our Amazon and repricers allow you to control exactly how you want prices to be set. We want you to maximize profit, so we increase your price whenever your competitors are selling higher. Our repricers will only lower your price when necessary. Built in price floors make sure you never sell for less than your minimum profit margin. With Solid Commerce you can set prices for each market independently. Price management is handy when you want to offer free shipping on one market, but charge for shipping on another, or just account for the difference in pricing on each marketplace. This option allows you to automatically match your eBay or webstore price to your Amazon price. If you use the automatic repricer on Amazon, your price on these other markets will adjust as your Amazon price changes. If you use a fixed price on Amazon, you will only need to change your Amazon price, and your price on eBay and your webstore will follow. You can use simple formulas like “Cost*1.5” or “Cost+10.00” to have Solid Commerce automatically calculate your sell price by adding a profit margin to your cost. This is a great way to avoid manual price recalculations and updates every time the costs from your supplier change. Our automated repricers can also run off your cost.

Vendor Management: Solid Commerce gives you several ways to get your vendor’s updates into our system. The updates can easily be automated, depending on your vendor’s processes. Even without automation, it is easy to manage cost and quantity updates, regardless of how many SKUs your vendor has. If your vendor can upload files to an ftp site, Solid Commerce can automatically process the updates shortly after they’re uploaded. It’s pretty much awesome! If your vendor does not work with ftp files, or you want a more advanced update option, you can use our web services to connect your vendor’s system to ours. You are free to do the work yourself, hire your own developer, or hire us to do it for you. Uploading the Excel, CSV, or TXT files from your vendor into Solid Commerce is easy. If your vendor can’t provide you with an automated option, this is still a fast way to go. In addition to our automated vendor management solution, we also give you complete manual import ability when you need it. If your vendor removes out of stock items from their files, it can be hard for you to keep up with the out of stock items. Our vendor management solution can automatically set the quantity to zero for items missing from your vendors file so your listings close on time. No matter whether your vendor’s file is processed automatically, or uploaded manually, we will automatically update the quantities on your listings. If you base your sell prices on your costs, vendor cost updates will trigger Solid Commerce to automatically update your prices on the marketplaces too. Save more time updating with our automated vendor management software tools. If you have an item that is available from multiple suppliers, Solid Commerce can search all of your vendor’s warehouses for the SKU to make sure you keep selling. By default, our system automatically fills orders from the vendor with the cheapest cost to you. We shift to the next cheapest vendor if the one with the lowest cost runs out of stock. You can set up custom priorities if using the lowest cost supplier is not the right approach for you. That’s what we call easy vendor management!

Reports: Built-in business intelligence reports gives you insight into your operations and helps you manage your sales metrics. Track performance at a glance, see what’s selling well and what’s not. All order data is completely exportable. Access information about the entire order or the products in the orders. Tracking numbers are also exportable on shipped orders. Export quantities of the ordered items in case you need to update your inventory in another system. Get your costs, exact revenue, collected payments, shipping fees collected, and/or taxes collected out of Solid Commerce for every order. A QuickBooks integration is also available for automated accounting. The SolidShip shipping tool can save the history of every attempted shipment in a log. It can also close out Shipping Manifests that meet UPS’s scanning requirements.

QuickBooks Integration: The QuickBooks integration allows you to sync your Solid Commerce account with QuickBooks for automated bookkeeping. This integration was built by a third-party developer, so there is an additional fee for this service. Consolidating orders into daily, or monthly, entries makes the totals easier to handle. This is a popular option. If you need complete tracking, setup the sync to enter every single order from Solid Commerce into QuickBooks. The customer on the orders is set to the name of the marketplace so your QuickBooks is not flooded with customers. All of the financial information Solid Commerce receives about an order is passed to QuickBooks, including: product revenue, shipping fees collected, and taxes collected. You can determine the frequency of automated syncs, or you can log into QuickBooks and manually sync when you need fresh data. Emails are automatically sent both when a sync is successful and when it is not. Multiple recipients can be specified. The success notifications can go to a different set of recipients than the failure notices. The notifications include all order numbers involved in the sync for complete verification. Instantly know what’s selling and who’s buying with QuickBooks POS. And when your QuickBooks POS system is integrated right into Solid Commerce, your inventory management, order management, and accounting are all seamlessly synchronized. eBay Motors Sync: It’s no secret that creating eBay Motors listings without Solid Commerce is difficult. Before adding support for eBay Fitments, we talked to sellers to see how we could make the compatibilities easier to manage. With their help and suggestions, we developed an exclusive Motors solution that removes complexity while adding flexibility. Having to create your compatibilities one Make and Model at a time was slow before Solid Commerce. Now, you can choose multiple Makes and Models at the same time. We also offer a variety of ways to enter years and year ranges. If working with Excel is easier for you than working through a user interface, you can use Excel to create your listings and compatibilities. If you have multiple products that use the same Fitments, you can create a template with the compatibilities ahead of time. When you list your items, you simply choose which template you want to use. Imagine listing batches of products without setting up a single compatibility. Kitting is a great tool across a lot of categories, but offering kits can be especially effective in the motors categories. Both our eBay Motors and kitting systems are unique to Solid Commerce.

Excel: With Solid Commerce completely integrated Excel solution, Helix logix can create new products, update existing details, control inventory, and/or provide marketplace specific information without leaving your file for you. Excel works in any situation, but it is especially robust if you deal with large volumes of data, get CSV files from your vendor, create your own Amazon listings, love using formulas, or are just a fan of the Excel format. Some systems give you an Excel option, but it is difficult or complicated. Not us. Simply use the correct column headers and our system takes care of the rest. With Excel you don’t need to enter the same information over and over. You can set up one file that will list your items to multiple marketplaces. No need to log into each marketplace separately and start from scratch.
